Welcome to Elite Deer Recovery. When you contact us for assistance, we want to ensure a smooth and effective operation. Here’s what we’ll discuss when you reach out:
- 1. Deer Location: We kindly request that you refrain from searching for the deer yourself, as our odds of success are higher when it remains undisturbed.
- 2. Land Access: If the deer is on public land, please secure a private property for us to take off and land from, as we cannot operate on public property.
- 3. Visual Aids: Providing pictures of the deer, if available, greatly aids in locating it and assessing its condition.
- 4. Landowner Permission: While not obligatory, we encourage you to contact landowners to let them know about the drone over their property if necessary.
- 5. Search Time: Our standard search time is limited to 2 hours, allowing us to focus our efforts efficiently.
- 6. Deposit Requirement: To secure our services, we require a non-refundable deposit, helping us cover operational costs.
- 7. Waiting Period: If the deer is not deceased, we observe a 30-minute waiting period after we leave the scene before revealing the location. This ensures fair chase and ethical hunting practices.
By following these guidelines, we aim to provide a responsible and effective deer recovery service that respects both your needs, and the welfare of the wildlife involved.
